My name is Kirk Zurick and, this is my story. Since early adult hood I have struggled with weight and depression. At the young age of 30 years old I had a massive heart attack that usually kills those who suffer it. I had emergency heart surgery, and afterward I was told to change or I would be dead. I learned everything I know about nutrition and exercise after that. I got certified as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist. I started On The Rock Fitness because if I had the knowledge I have now, I could have avoided the issues with my heart. My coaching philosophy is a simple one put the knowledge in the hands of those who want to improve their quality of life.
We discuss goals, conduct assessments, and perform workouts via on line video sessions and the app.
